Refund policy
We do not offer a standard return window on our products. All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, entirely at our discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Please note that this return policy only applies to products that are not marked as final sale. Items such as the Omni Bag are designated as final sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree that final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return consideration, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns or refunds cannot be issued for orders or products that are actively being shipped. Once an order is in transit, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund until it has been delivered and reviewed for return eligibility under our policy.
To start a return, please contact us at support@racinepurchasingandmanagementllc.com. If your return request is approved at our discretion, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return due to our store policy. This includes items such as the Omni Bag, which are designated as final sale. By purchasing a final sale item, the customer acknowledges and accepts that no return, exchange, or refund will be issued under any circumstances. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, depending on the item's condition, eligibility, and the reason for the request. To request an exchange, please contact support@racinepurchasingandmanagementllc.com with your order details, and we'll review your request.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Products marked as final sale, including the Omni Bag, are not eligible for return under this provision.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
