Shipping policy

At CarryFree Co., every order is carefully reviewed and prepared before it leaves our facility. Please read our shipping policy in full before completing your purchase.

All orders require 1–3 business days to be processed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this processing period is standard and is separate from the shipping transit time. Processing time is not included in your estimated delivery window.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. You'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. CarryFree Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@racinepurchasingandmanagementllc.com.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, CarryFree Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
